Claims are simple

My claims are always submitted right away, and Pets Best is always very prompt in payment. I am satisfied, except I would like an e-mail informing me you have received my claim because most of the time the claim is submitted directly from the veterinarian. You have my e-mail.

Nationwide has been an excellent partner in this first year of our puppy's life

I was skeptical about purchasing pet insurance but our daughter "did some math" for us and it did seem like it would be worth it so, although it was a higher monthly rate than I'd expected, we enrolled. I'm so very glad we did! Our puppy has swallowed all kinds of crazy things requiring emergency care, she's needed to get her nails cut at the vet (we don't seem to be able to do it very well) and we've had some important vaccinations and well-dog visits. Nationwide has honored every promise and saved us so much money. They have never rejected or disputed any claim. Also, submitting the claim is very easy. We use an app that simply asks we upload images of the paperwork which I do while in the parking lot of the vet! That means the claim gets filed immediately. Then Nationwide sends an email letting me know they got the claim and I can relax because I know the ball is in their court. Within days they process the claim, notify me and within a click of a button I authorize the payment to be directly deposited into my account. It's SO easy and SO worth it. I appreciate Nationwide, the ease of use, their customer service and the great value that this insurance has provided to our family this first year of our dog's life. I recommend it.

OUTSTANDING PET INSURANCE!

I recently adopted a 17 month old dog and because of the outstanding coverage Nationwide provides, I was able to provide him with a thorough examination to be sure he is and remains healthy. After canceling my last policy 7 months ago when my previous dog passed, I'm amazed at how much quicker Nationwide sends reimbursement payments. I checked other companies to be sure my dog was getting the better coverage and I'm glad I returned to Nationwide. GREAT JOB NATIONWIDE!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING.

For the amount of money my policies cost, I would expect better customer service. I am STILL waiting on the resolution of a claims dispute for my cat, Simon.
