grateful! surgery covered
My dog mochi is a 4 year old Maltipoo, he is my first dog so he is super spoiled and has been insured with healthypaw since he was 6 months old. Recently he had a ruptured disc from jumping off the sofa and needed an emergency laminectomy. The estimated cost was around 10-14k, which typically with all the pet insurance out there, you would have to pay upfront and then get reimbursed. However, I called healthyPaw to see if they can work with the vet and pay the vet directly, which they did!! They responded my request to formal pre-approval email to me and my vet. within a few hours (I think I got the email response within 3hrs). The total cost of the bill was covered per the insurance plan I have for Mochi. On top of that, Mochi will need physical therapy to help him walk again and the physical therapy vet I am working with says healthypaw will cover almost all their services they provide there, will update the review after PT treatment/reimbursement. I cannot say how grateful I am for having HealthyPaw!!

Our Lab Max has A full 5 acres to play in and frequently comes home with strange things he has found. His well being is our prime concern and knowing that when we need a vet visit we are fully covered. The few claims we have made to ASPCA Pet Insurance have been handled not only very professionally, but very promptly !

True care and coverage! Preventive, illness, accident!!!! My pups have had it all and ASPCA has covered it all, followed up with excellent customer care - I say care and not service because it's clear that everyone at ASPCA Pet Health insurance do actually CARE. I have no hesitation referring to friends and families.

After 30 years of pet ownership, this has been our first experience with pet insurance and we've been very pleased. We have Hartville pet insurance for both of our dogs; enrolled as soon as we brought them home at 10 weeks. Submitting claims online is easy and claims are processed in a timely and understandable manner.

Special Diagnostic
I paid for the full coverage for Kona. I understand he is a boxer and they are "cap" to pay for the claim. However, the last claim was for "special diagnostic tests" Echocardiogram and they refused to pay. Saying that was for "Boxer cardiac"...blah blah blah.
