Help when we need it most
Nationwide has helped us deal with a lot of unexpected issues with our wonderful rescue dog. Logan has been able to get the care he needs thanks to his insurance plan. We are grateful that we are able to make the best medical decisions by having the security of an insurance plan. Great Coverage!
Nationwide pet insurance, covers pets, like human insurance covers people. Wellness! That allows us to be proactive in meeting the health needs of our pet, Murray. I learned about Nationwide pet insurance, through a Boxer Facebook page I follow, I now follow . I have used their 24/7 chat with a vet and that saved us a trip to the ER Vet. They followed up after that event. Great customer service, and availability.

It's our first time to use the insurance benefits of Nationwide Pet Insurance. We don't know how it can really help us on our dog's expenses. Errenous diagnosis put on my claims??
I have no complaints except it seems they are putting a diagnosis on my claims that my dog has not been diagnosed with actually she was tested for kennel cough and it was negative. I don't know why Nationwide put kennel cough on my claim and said they cant pay anymore for diagnosis. The vets can't figure out why she is still coughing we are still in the testing and figuring out stage..
