Extremely pleased with ASPCA pet insurance
This is the first time as being a dog owner that I purchased pet insurance for my two doggies. I reached out on social media to see what my friends used, and also used the internet to see reviews and compare prices. I did a lot of research before making a decision and am extremely pleased with this pet insurance. Submitting a claim is easy and it is always paid in a timely fashion. When I have called the company with questions I have reached someone with ease and my questions were answered on the first phone call.

Scam!
I did my research before I signed up with this company, however when you want to cancel your insurance and no one gets back to you after multiple attempts, you’re not sure what to do. They then went on to continue charging me even though it was cancelled and when I didn’t pay it, it was sent to collections ruining my credit!! Awful company and customer service

Pain to deal with
I used them before with my previous cat and they were a pain to deal with, took months to process the claims, but it got done, so I decided to use them again with my current, big mistake they have gotten even worse, and less reliable still same deal where you have to fight and call constantly to get anything done and it takes forever. I highly recommend considering other insurances, I've heard good things about healthy paws, and nationwide.

Was a great Company when I signed up 2/2016. Now if you wait to talk with someone, the average wait time is 45 minutes. If you leave a call back #, they don’t call you back. Their new Customer Service team doesn’t speak or understand English very well.

Go somewhere else
Terrible review time on the claims only to have it denied. When i asked for an explanation on why it was denied I was not given a proper explanation. They only care about making sure they get paid every month cause they called me and email me day after it was due. Go some where else to get your insurance. I did and would not recommend this company to any one.

Excellent Service
Pet Best responded very quickly and paid the vet direct. The vet normally wanted money up front but worked with me and they filed direct with Pet Best. Pet Best paid the vet directly. I highly recommend Pet Best for pet insurance.
