Consistent Excellent Service
Trupanion has been amazing. In my entire 11 years using Trupanion so far, I have only had one issue of a claim being rejected. The issue was taken care of though once I brought it to light, which was corrected and covered. Last year we expanded our furry family from two to four. It's a relief just knowing all four of our furry felines are covered.

Trupanion always confirms receipt of my claims right away, and are super speedy in fulfilling them as well. I love the email invoice I receive, breaking down the items paid with percent covered. Also, whenever I've needed to speak with an actual representative over the phone, as when my dog first became ill, they were very helpful and answered my questions right away.
