Every time I submit a claim
Every time I submit a claim, it takes longer and longer. The average is 7-8 weeks. This last one is going on 3 months. The claim was first submitted in 3 weeks after the visit. Met Life claimed they received a blank form from me. Did a human see this and contact us? No, that accounted for 3 week delay. Three mistakes where made costing a total of 8 weeks. Finally the claim was settled and it took 9 days for it to get into the mail. Note, the email they had on file was not ours. The email link was for payment type (Mail or direct deposit). I would drop this company in a minute if my 13 year old dog was healthy. Most companies do not insure animals with pre-exiting conditions. So I am stuck. It is either this or no insurance. I do not recommend this insurance company. Look elsewhere.

Our First Experience With Embrace!
Recently, our rescue puppy, JR, now 9 years old, required surgery for an ear hematoma. We have had Embrace Insurance since we brought him home but until now, had never used it, so I was a little apprehensive about filing a claim. I have to say that it was one of the easiest, most transparent processes I have ever been through with any insurance company. I uploaded the invoice from the vet, answered a few short questions, and the submission was done. The time was 3:18 pm EST. At 3:34 pm EST I received an email acknowledging the submission and giving us the good news that the claim was complete and that the surgery was covered by our policy! Embrace kept me informed every step of the way, the submission process was simple and clear, and the resolution was lightning fast! I am still shaking my head in disbelief at how easy this was, and thankful that I kept this coverage from the beginning. This is a great company that I highly recommend! Well done, Embrace!!! And THANK YOU!!!
