I can’t say enough good things about…
I can’t say enough good things about Pumpkin Pet Insurance. They have been there for both of my dogs, including during the most tragic and heartbreaking loss of my sweet dog. During an incredibly difficult time, they were compassionate, responsive, and truly helped me get the care and services my dog needed. Knowing I had their support made an unbearable situation a little easier. I recommend Pumpkin to everyone. They’re truly great insurance for dogs and even better people behind it.

Excellent pet insurance
I've now insured 4 cats through Spot. When I starting buying insurance for our current two 1-1/2 year old brothers as a precaution when they were still kittens, one of the cats unexpectedly developed some chronic health issues that have already nearly cost $2,000. As with all of our other pets, Spot has reimbursed me for the expenses promptly and without any administrative back-and-forth. I cannot recommend them enough.

Need information in a timely manner
I’m disappointed that the process took as long as it without knowing why. Only after calling and eventually getting an email did I find out that the delay was due to problems that had to do with updating the system. I would have felt more comfortable knowing that before I had to make the call. Especially since my monthly bill came right on time with no glitch.
