Great customer service experience
Customer service experience with Justin when applying for pet insurance for our new puppy was smooth and clear. Justin took the time to go through everything the policy I was purchasing covered and gave good examples of the different types of coverage so i could make an informed decision. I have never taken out pet insurance before, and to be honest I feel insurance companies make things very complicated and difficult to understand, however Justin broke everything down for me so I understood the entire policy and what is and isn't covered. It was a very good experience.

Insurance for my Cat
We’ve had insurance with Spot for our cat for about 2 years now and have yet to be disappointed! My claims have always been processed within 1-2 days, and reimbursement via direct deposit is fast too! They cover A LOT, I even had to get extra bloodwork for her at her last annual, and a large portion of it was covered. You definitely get what you pay for, and it’s very worth it!
