I got the insurance when I adopted our new dog. Being a first time dog mom I figured I’d get it for any emergencies. I decided to add the wellness policy as well. Good idea! Customer service is outstanding answering all my questions. The app is easy to use. And claims are paid fast. Completely satisfied.

Trupanion is a relief!
I was hesitant about getting pet insurance. An additional monthly bill for the what ifs, etc. Thankfully we did. Trupanion has been there with us through two emergency surgeries for our 10mo old puppy. Both claims were reviewed, processed, approved, and closed within 36hrs. We use the app which is user friendly. Thank you Trupanion for helping us take care of our fur baby!

Catherine, from Montréal, answered all my questions and covered all aspects of this insurance. Speaking French, for sure helped me to understand fully.
