Very satisfied customer
I was very pleased that Trupanion responded very quickly to request for payment ftom the Animal Hospital. I really liked that they payed the Hospital directly so we did not need to be out of pocket and await for reimbursement. I also liked that Trupanion linked follow up tests that were related to the original claim. I liked that Trupanion kept us posted on their communications with the Animal hospital and the speed of their response for payment.

My cat had to be hospitalized for diabetes and they got back to me within 10 minutes to day Tommy was covered! They paid the claim within days. I highly recommend Trupanion ! Thank you
