I can honestly say, that in every aspect Trupanion has been truly superb. Today, this is so rare. We appreciate Trupanion so much from their excellent and caring customer service, to their exceptionally speedy turnaround on claims. They are an outstanding service provider. Hassle free, quick, and clear process

Great overall experience. Quick replies to submission of claims letting us know it was received and being processed, followed quickly by claim summary. We also appreciated working with our vet clinic and pet hospital that were working directly with Trupanion provided quick processing and allowing us to focus on our pet and pet care decisions.

My cat is 15 have had Trupanion since I got him in O9.

My cat is 15 have had Trupanion since I got him in O9. Several times thought if canceling as he was always healthy until this past month Thank you for making the hospital experience no hassle and immediate claims. Have mentioned it to all who don't carry insurance how important it is. Thanks again

Don't expect an answer

I had a simple question: Does Fetch cover deciduous tooth removal. What a JOKE!!!! It's a yes or no question. This is the conversation that followed While we are not able to confirm or deny specific coverage without a claim being filed, I can say that your policy is set to cover any non-routine dental procedures, such as medically necessary cleanings due to gum disease, tooth extractions, etc. We can only cover these treatments as long as the issues themselves were not pre-existing to your policy. well, when she was a puppy she only had one set of teeth and now she has two....soooo..... is that pre-existing. Rico profile We are not able to confirm until a claim has been filed since this will be based on the medical history of your pet. In general, any condition or clinical signs or symptoms that your pet has before the policy started or within your waiting period is pre-existing to your policy. that is most unhelpful.
