Customer service is always A+. I generally am not a patient person whatsoever and get very itratw with phone calls so call myself a phone Karen, but Zipporah took less 8 min to answer all my questions and concerns and I left feeling peace. I really do appreciate your service because in the beginning of adopting my French bulldog problems arose and your insurance took care of all of it. Itâs pricey, but the worst of the worst is unavoidable and you need peace of mind with these fur babies. Not everyone can set aside $100s incase something happens which is why Trupanion is really the most solid.

Figuring out how to make a claim when I was stressed was hard - I wish I had sent in a bill earlier even though I knew it wouldn't be reimbursed because of my deductible.

But once I figured things out, service has been prompt and the people who answer the phone are very knowledgeable and also empathetic.
