Absolutely the best service!
My boy File' had 13-15 stones removed at a really young age. The doctors and all employees at Chateau Vet were so good to him. He was back and forth to the clinic over a 3-week period, and we never felt like a number. They call us by name as soon as we enter the building. Met Life Pets has been a life saver! I have never had a claim denied. I will never trust my boys to anyone else. THANK YOU, CHATEAU VET AND MET LIFE PETS!!!!

Highly Recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
I have had Healthy Paws insurance for one of my dogs since he was a puppy and he is now 7 years old. I have been very pleased with the coverage and service I receive from Healthy Paws. I am reimbursed for eligible services days after submission to Healthy Paws. Over this past year my dog has been treated for an unknown shoulder injury that just seems to defy the many approaches to rid him of his pain. Healthy Paws has covered all the treatments submitted and continues to do so as we get closer to a diagnosis that will hopefully result in resolving his pain, muscle atrophy and limping. I recently switched my other dog over to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance because of the great coverage and customer service I receive from Healthy Paws!

HORRIBLE PRACTICES OF REJECTING CLAIMS
I signed up with Metlife Pet Insurance in March of 2023. Have filed over $900 in medical treatment for two of my pets with MetLife Pet Insurance. I was told by an agent that my insurance would cover all injuries and illnesses after 2 week waiting period and for treatments such as spaying and neutering. Every single one of my claims have been denied. I reported my one-month-old kittens who are two from the same litter, exact age. Metlife inputted the incorrect age for one of the kittens by 2 years! When I caught the mistake later, they reset my policy and had me restart my deductible payment, for THEIR administrative error. This pet insurance company is scamming customers by making it difficult to reimburse claims. I contacted customer service in mid-October to assist. They informed me the review would take 3-4 business days. It has now been over 6 weeks with no response. I have other friends and family who are sharing similar complaints. I should have known their monthly payments for the amount of supposed coverage was too good to be true. I will be following up with California Department of Insurance to flag these fraudulent practices by misstating their services upon enrollment.

Best Pet Insurance Available
We've had Healthy Paws pet insurance for our dachshund since we got him four years ago and have always had a positive experience with claims being processed easily and quickly. He recently needed emergency spinal surgery and hospitalization for three days. Even though this claim was extremely high and included three pages of charges, everything was processed quickly, helping us avoid any financial difficulties in caring for our little man. On top of that, they reached out to us to see how he was doing. It was a very pleasant surprise to see an insurance company care so much. We've recommended Healthy Paws to all our friends with pets.

Endless claim
My dog died, and had cancer bills relating to his death. I provided bills, but haven't seen the reimbursements I paid for. I feel like they are trying to tire me out so that I give up and don't seek reimbursements anymore, but I'm absolutely entitled to them.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My fully vaccinated one year old indoor cat who have 42.25 Cad/month insurance premium with Trupanion vomited and showed sign of illness, I booked urgent appointment for next day with vet. Turpanion refused claim , the cat ended up having worms and according to smart A** Trupanion adjustors this is not illness and could have been prevented ! Wake up guys ! This is 2023 , you cannot go away with stealing people who pay premium for emergencies like this. I will expose this every where and follow with government regulatory authorities so people know what kind of service you guys are .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
