Every time I have had questions about claims the representatives have been helpful and patient. My claims are processed quickly and if there are any issues with a claim the communication is quick and all information is given upfront on how to resolve any issues.

MetLife was there when we needed them.
MetLife has more than met my expectations. Our dog has been diagnosed with two types of cancer and has required multiple treatments. MetLife has expeditiously processed the various claims insuring that the only issue we have had to deal with is our dog's health.
