Will never be without it
We had never used my pet insurance and because my furbabies had always been healthy and they had reach the age the premium was increasing a little more than I was comfortable with, I almost cancelled my insurance. Decided to keep it one final year. My oldest furbaby developed Lymphoma. Because we had MetLife we were able to get the best treatment possible for her and as of today she is still in remission. I learned my lesson. We will never be without insurance for them. MetLife as been wonderful through it all, reimbursements, claim processing and even renewal.

I'm disappointed with Pet Plus' misleading policy on euthanasia coverage. Despite claiming to cover actual costs, the reality is a mere $100 limit, leaving pet owners with unexpected financial burdens during a difficult time. This discrepancy undermines trust in their advertised benefits.

Trupanion care and services for our dog Beau
Trupanion is top notch in handling claims and explanation of benefits. They have always processed any claims I have filed for our pets timely and with expertise. On the few occasions I have contacted them with a question, the agents are friendly, respectful and always willing and able to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone who wants a great insurance company for their pets.

No hassle claims, fast and caring response
I called Trupanion when Maggie was diagnosed with Bronchitis, which eventually progressed to Pneumonia. The Trupanion customer care rep was sincerely caring about the situation particularly because Maggie is older for a BMD. Since I was having issues with the website she helped me with an alternative path to submit invoices. The claims have continued for several months and are approved within 24 hours. Amazing really particularly as compared to human healthcare hassles. We're hoping Maggie is finally coming out of the woods and happy to have Trupanion support to defray the costs.
Highly Recommend
My baby Duke was a gift from my deceased cousin. When I started looking for pet insurance, the options were overwhelming. I stumbled across an instagramer with several Frenchie's who have health issues and they highly recommended Healthy Paws. Duke has a lot of the typical French bulldog characteristics, from IVDD to IBD so it's safe to say we have a lot of vet bills. Is Healthy Paws pricer than competitors, yes. But what Healthy Paws offers that its competitors do not are fast pay outs and reliability. You get what you pay for, and I can rest assure that we are in good hands whenever Duke goes to the vet. Thanks to Healthy Paws I have one less thing to worry about and that is priceless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - you get what you pay for and Healthy Paws is 5 Stars!

Best Pet Insurance
My cousin recommended Pets Best. My Riley was under 1 years old when I looked into the insurance and was comfortable with the the options and coverage. Thank goodness that I had pet insurance because unfortunately I did have to process some claims for surgery and long term hydrotherapy. The claim process and reimbursement was easy to follow and quick to expedite. You have insurance for loved one so there's no reason why your furbaby shouldn't be covered as well. Pets Best is FANTASTIC and highly recommend to all fur parents.

We have a 17 month old French bulldog and it was the first time we utilized our pet insurance for her. She went for an annual check-up and some shots. Filing the claim with Lemonade was very easy and it was approved the same day. I had $165.00 out of the $267.00 vet bill reimbursed in about 3 days.
