Great Response Time
This is the first time I have used pet insurance and it has been a very positive experience. The response to my claim submission and the reimbursement was very fast. Being able to enter claims online and getting direct deposit reimbursement was so efficient. The follow up email inquiring about my dog's recovery was much appreciated.

Aussi bien mettre tout cet argent dans un compte épargne que de le mettre à l'eau avec vous ... Vous n'êtes même pas foutu de rembourser les réclamations au complet, j'ai un police qui me coûte 115$ par mois, au départ j'ai demander la meilleur de vos police.... Si c'est ça votre meilleur police et vien c'est vraiment dommage mais vous ne faite pas la job !!!! Je vais résilier pour m'organiser autrement

Hamilton's Stones
Our dog Hamilton was referred to a specialist by his regular VCA Vet for problems and complications from bladder stones. My recent online claim for this visit was processed very quickly and in accordance with my policy. I have been a member of Pet's Best for many years and this claim, and one other previous claim(s) a few years ago, were both good experiences. Based on these experiences I would recommend Pet's Best Insurance. Hamilton is still going to require surgery for this issue, and the insurance provides us with one less thing to worry about, knowing that it will help to get Hamilton the care he needs, from the vets he needs, and helps make hard decisions because of treatment costs a little easier. Thank You Pet's Best.
Emergency
Our dog had a ruptured anal gland which could have been serious had we not taken our dog to the vet for antibiotics for infection. We submitted our claim and was turned down.

Amazing Service and Claim Process is Simple
We have had the pleasure of having full coverage for our Whippet since we got him 3 years ago. In that time we have had more than one emergency claim. The process for claims is very simple and easy. Very good pet insurance
Picked up Healthy Paws right after we got our dog. The website is easy, information is very clear, the coverage is accurate, and reimbursements are quick. Never had an issue after about 15 claims.

Surgery relief in a snap for my 12 year fur baby
My active border collie mix had a large ACL tear and could not put any weight on his hind leg. We wanted to make sure his golden years were the best possible and that was not going to happen if he continued hobbling around so we opted to move forward with his ACL surgery. Trupanion was fantastic and immediately responded once our vet submitted the claim. I could not have asked for a better response or outcome on their part. I will continue insuring my pets with them for years to come so I can continue having peace of mind when it comes to the treatment needs of my dogs.

Best Pet Insurance Available
I signed up in 2011 with Healthy Paws for a new pup I got from a rescue. My beloved schnauzer fell seriously ill in Dec 2023, and was hospitalized for over 3 weeks in the vet ICU. The bill was a staggering $22k, and Healthy Paws covered most of it. They are compassionate and fast, and while I lost my dog on Christmas Day, I was able to give him the best care because I had Healthy Paws working with me. Five stars all around! My vets always told me that pet insurance never covers anything, but trust me, Healthy Paws is not like any other insurance. Thanks to them, my dog was given a fighting chance.
