I have been with Healthy Paws since 2017. I actually have 2 dogs. The other is a micro doodle. This insurance is amazing! My Ridgeback developed a disorder, which has led her to be on 2 medications. Without fail, every time I submit the claim, I am reimbursed within 2 days. She also had a dental cleaning, where they found a cracked tooth, which needed to be extracted, and they paid 100% of the $1400 bill. I am so pleased with this insurance.

I have nothing but great things to say about MetLife pet insurance. I have 6 dogs all insured with MetLife. It's easy to submit claims and they pay quickly even when the claim is large (TPLO surgery) and to date have approved all claims. I couldn't be happier with MetLife only wish I had signed up years ago.

Healthy Paws Excellent!!
I have a four-year-old mixed breed puppy, who needed surgery for a torn ACL. Needless to say, the operation was quite expensive, but with Healthy Paws I had no worries. The claim was submitted and reviewed within 24 hours. No problems, issues, or questions. Reimbursed the full amount per contract… Can’t ask for anything better. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend Healthy Paws.

I love Trupanian!
I submitted two claims yesterday and this morning both have been approved for 90%! Thanks to Trupanion I can get my girl the help she needs. Submitting claims is easy and approval comes quickly.

I had to take my 4 year old dog to an emergency vet late one Sunday evening. Turned out she had an anaphylactic reaction to something and she could have died if she didn’t get to a vet. She was given IV, cold plasma, they did an ultrasound and she had to stay there overnight. Healthy Paws insurance handled my claim so quickly and even sent an email several days later to see how Juliet was doing. I was so grateful. I recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to every pet owner.

I cannot believe I waited so long to look into pet insurance and I am so glad I have chosen Lemonade. My claim was reviewed so fast and payouts for claims are also super fast. Everything with the policy is easy to understand and if there is something that you don't understand, Lemonade is so wonderful in helping answer questions. Best decision I’ve made
The wait time to start the plan was a little long and I had to follow up to make sure it was active and the first claim took a bit longer because I had to set up the process to receive the funds but after that all other claims were processed quickly and the payments were very quick. All communication has been great. I would have given a 5 if the customer onboarding was a bit better.
