They processed the claim so quickly it was unbelievable. They only problem was that because it was an end of life claim the policy will be cancelled after the claim was processed. I heard nothing about the cancellation so I called and cancelled the claim myself to be sure.

This has been my first experience with Pet Insurance and FETCH has made it so very positive.
