I’ve had Pets Best for about 6 years…
I’ve had Pets Best for about 6 years now. It’s been very helpful when there have been medical emergencies with my pet. The only downside to this insurance is that it can take 3+ weeks to get your claims processed and then another 5-7 days to get reimbursed. When I first started using this company, the wait time was shorter between claims and reimbursement.

I LOVE Fetch!
My kitty cat had to get surgery to remove stones from his bladder and fetch pet insurance saved me. His costs after staying for 6 days in the vet was just shy of $5,000. They accepted my claim and paid me out 80% within two weeks of me submitting the claim. I am forever grateful for my friend convincing me to get insurance through Fetch. If anyone is debating on getting pet insurance, look no further. Their customer service representatives are amazing and very helpful. I will be staying with Fetch for as long as I can look toward the future. THANK YOU FETCH for giving me relief in these hard times!
