Rosie's Clim
I've had 2 other Claims for Rosie that went very well. The most current one had a lot of complications and had to make several calls and ask the Vet to send in information several times. I finally got Samantha who was GREAT and understood what was wrong and got a supervisor involved and got my Claim reviewed and finalized quickly- Many Thanks to her and the supervisor who got this over the Finish Line!! Worse than messy poop!
This is the slowest, poorly organized company EVER! They have a wonderfully easy claim service followed by PITIFUL WAIT TIME! A month to process claims? Find another company!

I filed a claim before my dog's illness benefits began. Then, I filed three different claims after the illness benefits began and Pets Best denied all four claims stating that it was a pre-existing condition even though his medical records from the veterinarian showed a different diagnosis for the three claims made after the benefits began.

Friendly, helpful, well worth it
We've had Healthy Paws coverage since we got our dog as a puppy, and have been very grateful for it. Claims are processed quickly and customer service is friendly and helpful. It's been well worth it—our dog had two unexpected health issues last month with bills that totaled more than $15K, and Healthy Paws reimbursed us at 80% making it a much less stressful situation.

Peace of Mind
I purchased pet insurance when my dog was about 6 months old. He is now 5 years old! I purchase pet insurance for peace of mind with illness or injury. I wanted to be able to provide the best care for my dog when injury or illness has occurred without having to worry about how being able to financially afford. I pay my vet with my credit card, submit my claim and when I am reimbursed I use that money to make a payment on my credit card . So far I have had the peace of mind I was looking for. It is easy to upload invoices through their app. I have even gotten a reimbursement the same day as submitting the claim!

Quality of insurance
Once I got the system figured out, it has been going very well. A few glitches here and there but better than other insurances I have had. They are much quicker with reimbursement than any other insurance. Customer service has been helpful also.

I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough. They have been lifesavers for my family; we started coverage when we adopted our two dogs as puppies ~7 years ago, and Healthy Paws has been there every step of the way as we have navigated multiple health challenges with each dog. The claims process is straightforward, our reimbursements arrive quickly, and the customer service feels personal. My dog Ace hurt his knee while he was at a kennel. We picked up Ace and took him right to emergency care. They knew right away that he would need surgery and schedule it for that week. Once the procedure was done, our vet office submitted everything and we had a maximum claim amount paid back to is within 4 days.

Best Ins we have had
Metlife has been by far the best pet insurance we have had. Very prompt with doing claims and payout. The only thing I don't like is the APP you can't see certain things on it but when you call them they answer all your questions and are great. I have 3 dogs on it and another one soon.
