Pets Best Came Through
Our four year old poodle came out on the losing side of chasing a squirrel in our yard. She ran into a panel of metal fencing and got a 1 1/2" long gash on her leg. Of course, this was a Saturday evening and meant a trip to the emergency vet. Two stitches and the cone of shame later, our little girl was home. The vet care was excellent and Pets Best came through, covering about 2/3's of the surgery cost. We are so glad we signed up for pet insurance!
Surprisingly easy claims process!
The entire process to file multiple claims was very easy and efficient, and the claims were processed very quickly. I will absolutely be getting Pets Best insurance for all my future pups!

"Pets Best insurance has been a huge help for one of our dogs recently diagnosed with cancer. The claims are simple and easy to put in, the response time is pretty quick on the claim, and receiving the reimbursements now that we've met our deductible is a smooth process into our bank. I am so happy that we pay for pet insurance, specifically PetsBest. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet. It's a huge help when going through extremely tough and expensive situations with your furry family member. I am very grateful. I have not had to call or communicate with anyone yet for any concerns. Website is simple and self explanatory.
Great pet insurance!
Our dog has been with Healthy Paws insurance since 2019 and we are thrilled with their service. We used them first in California and now in Georgia. The customer service is fantastic and they process claims very quickly. Our dog recently needed a knee surgery and they have been amazing throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Pets Best insurance is priceless!
During the past few years my senior dog who has been my best friend and companion in retirement has developed several treatable but rather expensive veterinary care issues. While I sometimes felt like his Pets Best was kind of pricey when he was younger and really rarely used it, I'm now so glad that I kept his coverage and Pets Best has really been there for us giving me a few more years with him I probably couldn't afford without it. It will be hard to finally let him go, but it would be unbearable to think I might have had to put him down just because I couldn't afford his vet bills. Thank you Pets Best for the extra time with my best friend!

Have had only amazing experiences at The Pet Hospital of Thousand Oaks. We have seen both Dr, Siegel & Dr. K a hand full of times. Staff is very personable & very helpful. I have felt like we've known them forever. Was recommended by a friend to go there and best choice. They notes were perfect for my insurance cliam and no questions were needed to complete
Came back to Pets Best after 2 other ins co fails
I started with Pets Best 9 years ago. Although I was satisfied working with them, when rates went up, I switched to another recommended pet insurance company. After a year and a half with them, I switched to yet a different recommended pet insurance company. What I found is that both recommended insurance companies tried their best NOT to pay out any reimbursement. They did gymnastics to ensure that they paid nothing. When I finally switched back to Pets Best, what I saw is that Pets Best does the hard work (the gymnastics) to fairly apply the policy standards to each claim. I feel so much better served by this insurance company compared to the other two. I should never have left Pets Best, but I just assumed all insurance companies would be the same. I'm a loyal customer now, for sure.

Paw injury taken care of!
My pets paw was injured and infected requiring quite a bit of care and eventually surgery. I was able to afford his care thanks to the knowledge that Pet's Best would be reimbursing us for a percentage of the cost. My pup is now recovered and back to his happy self!
Pets Best IS The best!!!
Signup process is user-friendly, conditions, the rules are clear and explained well when they process the claim, fast claims processing. Buy the full wellness package it is worth every penny and more even for healthy dogs! I have had other pet insurance carriers who hide the whole facts about their payout policies, so always dig into the fine print if you aren’t going to use Pets Best!!

I’m so glad to work with Pets Best Insurance. Their premiums are fair for the coverage,. My poodle has seizures and has multiple vet visits with her neurologist, regular vet (now called The Vets Mobile services),, and even random Emergency visits. Pets Best has been excellent with claim handling and reimbursements. They even help cover the multiple medications and refills for my girl. Ease of mind and comfort in knowing I’m not alone financially is a good feeling. Pets Best provides that for me. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their services.
