Website/claim service does not work
Been trying to submit our emergency vet bill claim for over a month and the website has been down and every time I try to log in, it makes me reset my password, still never being able to log in, the app also does not work. We pay almost $60 a month and can’t even use the service. Will be switching to new pet insurance.

Process worked great
To begin the data entry needed was clear however I have limited abilities to submit the info due to my computer being pain to navigate, but I did get the info uploaded. FETCH responded quickly keeping me informed as to the review process and within just a few days they informed me they would be mailing me a check to cover their portion of my vet bill per the insurance I acquired online through their website. Very happy with the timeline from start to finish and the amount of my reimbursement from FETCH per our coverage. Did not have any unexpected surprises or snags. Again, very happy overall.

It was quick and easy
It was quick and easy! You told me what I was and wasn't getting for my premium. Some of the other optional benefits didn't explain what I'd get at all - 'You'll get a payment right away for you to chose how to use it' - is that payment $200 or $2000 - in what instances if I'm suddenly sick or injured would I not get it. Tell me what I'm paying for - and you did that!

Pets Best is the WORST!!!
They used to complete claims in a week, now it takes several weeks! Their website/app were down for weeks & you couldnt even submit claims! WEEKS!!! It was ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend Pets Best, but now I cant leave because of "pre-existing conditions" clause.
