Customer service is terrible
Their claim processing is fine but their customer service is terrible. Twice I have reached out to them inquiring about very specific coverages on my policy and all we received were boiler plate answers to refer to our policy coverage paperwork. Duh! That’s why I reached out to them to explain what is covered and what isn’t. I’m not a lawyer and only asked for specifics before procedures were to be done. They answered both times to have the procedures done and then submit a claim to see if they provide coverage. Not professional is any way.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. After eight years they cancelled their policies to include almost nothing in return for $92 a month. For instance they will pay $5k annually and only 50% of vets costs! They will pay $2500 annually and only 50% of vets costs. This is not insurance. This is a scam! RUN!!

Hope for Cooper- Thank You MetLife Pet
We had the unimaginable happen requiring emergency surgery for our sweet pup Cooper. Having pet insurance was so important and allowed us to focus on him while MetLife Pet insurance took care of everything else. They were compassionate, helpful, resourceful, and timely. It was my son who told me how awesome this company is. And he was correct. Thank you MetLife for helping us save our “ Coops”. He is our world.

Do your research. Not satisfied any more.
They are decent, but they look for every reason not to pay claims. I have been using them for 6+ years, but they continue to deny claims for a ton of different reason. I recently needed a sedative for my dog due to an injury, and they denied it because they do not cover "behavioral medications", but this was medically necessary. Also, when I originally signed up it was $50 per month and now is over $105. They claimed premiums would not go up when I signed up, but recently looked at my account where they have increased EVERY YEAR. **They responded to this saying to call them. I've called many times to ask about the premium but they have a script to read from and nothing changes***

Really disgusted with Fetch
I have had this policy for 2 1/2 years. They have not covered one claim. It started with an ear infection 2 years ago. Found out she has possible allergies. When I took her to the dermatologist they ran bloodwork showed she has bacteria infection which has nothing to do with the allergy. Once the staff infection is gone. They will test her for allergens. This company is a joke!!!
