Feedback on Pets Plus Us claim process
Our 1 1/2 old Cairn terrier somehow managed to swallow a large squeaker without our knowledge or observation (not on our premises). The resulting obstruction in the small intestine required emergency surgery from which he successfully recovered. The claim process through Pets Plus Us was smooth and simple, which I really appreciated at a stressful time. However, we were really thrilled when the whole claim was approved within 2 days of submission and the reimbursement was provided shortly after. Excellent responsive service.

Healthy Paws Review
I only wish Blue Cross Blue Shield and our dental insurer were as convenient as Healthy Paws. Submitting claims takes, literally, seconds. They are so responsive every step of the way. It's all just so easy and transparent -- why human insurers can't match Healthy Paws is beyond me! Thank you for running a great business, HP.

Favorite Pet Insurance!
We have a very active Australian Shepherd that seems to find himself in interesting positions where he ends up getting hurt. Pets best has been amazing with helping cover our vet costs over the years! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.

They immediately paid my claim. I uploaded the receipt from my Vet. They notified me the next day that my claim was paid.

Miracle's Vet visit
Miracle, our 10 pound Pom was not eating. A trip to the Vet included tests and prescriptions and all documents were submitted to Pets Best. Miracle was eating regularly in about 10 days, and we were cashing a check from Pets Best a short time later. Thankyou, Pets Best.
