Great prices, excellent experience

The website and app are easy to use and provide detailed coverage information. Usually, that's hard to find, but Nationwide made it extremely accessible. I also found the price was quite reasonable, and the customized plan option allowed me to take out and add what I thought best suited my needs.

Reliable, great customer service!

I could not be more pleased with Pets Best. Daisy has epilepsy and that is so costly and exhausting. Without Pets Best, we could never have made it this far! Great customer service, fair rates and quick claim turn around 98% of the time.

Avoid this insurance company

Their policy is misleading. My dog was diagnosed with dysplasia and booked for surgery. I only managed to get a surgery date 4 DAYS after my annual policy with them renewed and they denied my 5000$ claim, due to " pre existing conditions" - basically upon each policy renewal they treat is us a new policy and whatever claim you put through before renewal is considered " pre existing condition after the renewal. I should have read it before and this is how they get you. Go through different providers. PHI is rubbish.

If you value your money and time just find another company these guys are scammers. They said pre-existing condition to diaherrea my pet had how can a sudden stomach and gut problem could be a preexisting condition? Basically stay away from this scammers!

Thankful for SPOT's communication, professionalism, and fast resolution of my claims!

Although it seemed like I spent a long time submitting my first two claims, it was worth the time and effort! One phone call and all my questions were answered, great customer service! Within two days, the claims were in the "Processing Phase". In one week, my claims were completed, and the money was transferred via an ACH transaction into my bank account! Thankful for SPOT's communication, professionalism, and fast resolution of my claims!

Support during a time of need

Our beloved cat Tai suffers from worsening symptoms due to his chronic kidney disease developed at a young age. Claim Processing Was Timely

Processing time for my claim was good. I had to print a claim form, fill it out and send a copy by email. The online portal didn’t work for me for submitting my claim. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t pay for sales tax or medical disposal fees, but those were minimal, so overall, I gave them a four star review.

BEWARE OF THE FINE PRINT This pet…

BEWARE OF THE FINE PRINT This pet insurance company catches you with their fine print and loop holes and refuses to cover claims. Newly adopted 4 year old. Took him for a well visit during the 15 day waiting period (because no one at Fetch told me to WAIT FOR ANYTHING for the 15 day "waiting period" was complete. Dog was anxious in the new home so the MD prescribed anti anxiety meds to see if that would help with his adjustment- even though in the 4 years of medical records there was no sign of anxiety. Fetch is denying all claims for anxiety stating that because it was treated in the 15 day waiting period it is not covered. Clearly all they care about is saving money- NOT about the welfare of the dog. Spoke to customer service sup who sent me to a claims sup who agreed that there are many frustrated clients because of this but when I asked if she could do anything for me, like WAIVE that 15 day period she basically said "too bad" we need to stick to our policy
