Nadine is a treasure to your compsny…
Nadine took time to answer and explain my questions and the terms of my policy and worked hard to get me the perfect coverage for our dog Remington. She shared her knowledge that was understandable and that I did not find in my previous course to Pet insurance company inquiries. Fetch Pet insurance is not the most cost efficient, but she found every possible way to fit in our budget and receive everything we need for our boy. Remington is a pound dog with 15 minutes to live. We yanked him out of the euthanasia room..literally! He deserves the best care possible. I don’t know anything about Remi’s life before, but I know that he will be well taken care of and loved, and with all the help that Nadine gave us, his medical needs will be taken care of as well. Nadine is a true treasure to the company of Fresh Pet.

Takes FOREVER to process claims, annoying website
I’ve been with pets best for a couple of months now. At first the website was going through changes and I couldn’t log in (it still requires unnecessary authentication each time) and the app wasn’t working. Now the website and app are a little better but claims take forever. Like 4-6 weeks to process even if you upload all of your pets medical records AND they have your vets contact info. So frustrating. I have received so many “sorry for the delay” emails.. I’m going to explore other options. It’s too bad because they offer great insurance and could be so much better.

Speed and Accountability by Trupanion
My dog Mocha needed quick attention. I took her to her veterinarian who quickly diagnosed the issue. The vet provided the care and cost Mocha needed to Trupanion. Within a very short time Trupanion provided the Vet the ok and she was quickly attended. Mocha is much happier and I'm relieved that she's feeling better and my expense was minimal.
