Our claims have always been paid in direct accordance with policy and delays in processing are promptly communicated. I like the ease in filing claims. I have interacted with live customer service once, and that was an effective exchange as well. Highly recommend them.

Just go with anyone else
Pets Best policies are confusing, claims take forever to process and they have paid a very small amount compared to what I have paid for my dogs plan over the last year. Every claim besides 1 has been denied and my dog has been seen multiple times at the emergency vet. I would not recommend to anyone.

Switched to Pets best and so far they are very good about responding and paying claims.
I needed coverage on my puppy as she is so active. So far the first claim I submitted was paid right away. They are working on the most recent involving spaying but send me updates frequently. I'm pleased with them

I joined this company a little over a year ago when I switched from Nationwide Pet Insurance. Although it takes them a while to process claims for virtually no particular reason lately their website is messed up. You can’t submit claims online, it takes forever to get someone on the phone, emailing to their claims department and they are not entered into the system after almost 2 weeks. It’s really a mess and if they don’t have enough people on staff to handle getting the claims put into the system then they’re just gonna lose all their customers and I’m probably gonna be one of them. I can’t get any good answers from their people except that they’re backed up and should be processed in 2 to 4 days but it’s now 10+ days for one claim and four days for another and it’s not even in their system yet.
