All I know is that unfortunately would fetch pet insurance it's okay do you guys got great customer service but when it comes to the benefits plan it sucks I'll be honest with you I mean I submitted $763 claim and got $182 out of that because you guys said that you were covering the $400 deductible if you only knew how bad we needed that money back financial wise we're hurting really bad and for you guys to just go ahead and take the first deductible killed us but I guess that's your way of showing how well that you care about your clients instead of us let it instead of letting us know that you're going to take this out and let us make that kind of decision instead of taking it out next time you decide to just do it right then and there so that being said me and my wife we're going to have to discuss on what's going on and see maybe we might have to cancel you guys we're not sure but your customer service is awesome because when I got disconnected from talking to the individual at customer service he called me back and I find that very professional so thank you you have a good day
