As always I appreciate EMBRACE. A real human answers the phone!!!! AND called me! When does THAT happen anymore. Also It is easy to file a claim. No hidden small print. What’s covered is clear. In the past I have received fair and prompt reimbursement. I hope they never change their way of doing business.

I submitted my claim on line a few days later and found it to be quite easy. It just felt like the process to get paid took a while. I highly recommend people submit their checking info so they don't have to wait for a check in the mail.
