Poor communication
Currently i am very unhappy with their service. Coverage is great. But trying to get a claim covered after sending information 4x and speaking to multiple people, including supervisor, I still don't have this resolved. Every phone call I get told something different.

Having Met Life provides the Mutt Life!
An absolute BLESSING it is to have affordable, organized health insurance coverage for our pack with Met Life!! Our dogs are our kids. It's as simple as that. What we are able to provide for them by having Met Life coverage brings peace of mind to us. Especially as our one dog is aging and not aging optimally. He has several complicated concerns and without the coverage, we would not be able to support him so he can live the best, full life he deserves. Met Life is the biggest spoonful of medicine we give him! I will always carry coverage for our pack of dogs with Met Life. Truly so grrrrrateful!
