HORRIBLE DO NOT USE LEMONADE
Lemonade finds any reason NOT to cover a claim. My dog had ACL surgery on her right leg in August, we then got pet insurance because we didn't want anything like that to happen again. In March she tore her left ACL so now they won't cover it because they consider it a pre existing illness, lol. Thats like telling me becauae you have something wrong with your right arm then your left arm is going to go oyt too. 🤣🤣 What a SCAM!! DO not get pet insurance from them

Easy Process When It Needs to Be
Having a sick pet is bad, but a complicated claims filing process makes it worse. This is NOT the case with Pets Best. The process was simple...answer a few questions and download supporting documents. They keep you informed during the approval process and send a detailed email when the claim is completed. I am a huge advocate for pet insurance, and highly recommend Pets Best.

I got a really quick response when I made a claim for expenses for my dog's cancer treatment. They have picked up 90% of everything so far. We have a very expensive surgery coming up so I sent in a pre-authorization and that was really quick also. I am so glad I don't have to make decisions about my dog's health based on cost.
