Spot is a stain
Spot selectively denies coverages and claims without a true, reasonable basis, also refused to communicate with me and their customer “service” was nonexistent. They also appear to troll negative reviews selectively (but leave enough to appear as if they are not) and go out of their way to get them removed. This is not an honest or good company, they did not care about my pet or the truth at all.

My dog Sampson needed a three day hospital stay. The process was so easy and they were very clear with what would be covered. I'm so thankful we signed up through pets best. Without pet insurance we may have had a different outcome and would have been financially crippled.

Convenience and Coverage for my dog.
MetLife premiums are taken right from my paycheck. It’s so convenient. Also when I take my dog for care, all I do is take a picture of my vet’s care note and bill. MetLife is quick to explain what is covered and a check arrives to my account within a week. I am grateful for MetLife’s coverage for my Portuguese Water Dog!
