"My Persian got sick and I had to rush him to vet, having health insurance on him wasn't even on my mind, but once we got home and settled in I remembered that he had ins so I open my app and it was so easy to file a claim, all I had to do was upload my invoice and receipt. To my surprise I was notified immediately that they received my claim and was processing it. The next day I received a noticed that the claim had been processed and attached the explanation of benefit showing a break down of how it was processed. I was so impressed of the timely manner in which all this went down. In less than a week I received a check in the mail. I couldn't ask for better service. I would and have highly recommend Pets Best to anyone that has fur babies. Thank you for such a nice experience in such a difficult time. "

Over 8 calls, 4 months - but still no payment
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. I’ve been waiting for payment on my claim since February 2026. The first check was issued missing my unit number (even though i had a unit number on file). After calling a month later, a replacement check was sent—with the same mistake. I called again after the required 30‑day waiting period, and now more than another month has passed with still no payment. This has resulted in nearly 8 phone calls and five months of waiting since the claim was submitted, with absolutely no resolution. The lack of care, accuracy, and urgency is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be renewing my policy.
