I thought processing my claim would take much longer than it did. My reimbursement and a detailed list of expenses covered showed up very, very quickly. Good job, Spot!

Beware - Read the fine print
Good pet insurance for emergencies but they do not cover a wide array of conditions which makes it quite useless if something happens that isn't covered by the fine print. Also the conditions reset every year so if your pet is diagnosed with a chronic condition it wont be covered. Would not recommend.
