Having Trupanion
Having Trupanion, using it real-time at the vet’s office, and not having to do the submission myself, having the reimbursement determined at the time, is such a relief and rewarding. Worth every penny!

The claim was sent by email with scanned documents from our vet. The process was transparent after that. We received an email in about 4 weeks that our claim was processed, and a check would be sent.
