The team always gives answers (when they know), however they will go and find out if it is something they are unsure of or out of their scope. Overall, I have always had a great experience both with questions I have, as well as any claims.

Trupanion = Extraordinary Pet Insurance.
As always, Trupanion comes to the rescue. I can not believe how fast the claims processing happens. It was less than 24 hours before yesterdayâs claim was decided/approved. I LOVE the app. I am always beyond impressed with the entire Trupanion experience, especially after 11 years of service. I have never, ever had an even marginally difficult experience. Through all of the health conditions my two cats have had (rescued litter mates), probably over $50,000 in 12 years, Trupanion has gone above and beyond my wildest expectations. Especially given the incredibly low rates. Youâve saved my catsâ lives and prevented me from ever having to question if I should have to euthanize them because of intense situations had i not had Trupanion. I wish the US healthcare system worked like Trupanion. Trupanion is a gem and I will always and forever use Trupanion for whatever animals I have in my lifetime. I couldnât (and my cats couldnât) be more blessed.
