Claims provess is smooth and quick
Out of all the insurance companies that I checked out, Furkin had a plan that was effective for my 2 Golden Retrievers. Going through their claims process was smooth and quick. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to purchase insurance.

Trupanion has always been very good to me. Iâve always had good experiences with claims, with money being deposited into my bank account very quickly. Submitting claims with the app is extremely easy. I also love the fact that my vet can bill Trupanion directly. When Iâve needed to call for support, the people Iâve spoken to have been kind, friendly, and helpful, always asking after my dog and sometimes even telling me to give her a hug for them. The only reason my rating is an 8 instead of a 10 is because it is quite costly. I understand why, but most of my family and friends wouldnât be able to afford Trupanion, or any other insurance company, unfortunately.

Thank you for the past 10 years
I purchased Accident and Illness Insurance protection plan for my cat Dazzle back in 2013. As requested by Pets Plus Us, we took Dazzle to a vet and did a thorough examination to ensure there was no pre-existing condition. Fast forward to 2017, Dazzle was diagnosed with Diabetes and suffered a life-threatening condition called ketoacidosis. We had no choice but to send Dazzle to a pet ICU for a couple of nights. Thanks to the protection offered by Pets Plus Us, we were able to obtain all urgent medical assistance Dazzle required, without being overly concerned about the medical bills. Since then, Pets Plus Us had continued to provide reimbursement for routine Diabetes medication and treatments. in May 2023, Dazzle ended his 6 year battle with Diabetes and we submitted the last reimbursement request with Pets Plus Us for cremation expenses. As always, the claim process was smooth and fast. Following the final reimbursement, Pets Plus Us sent us a sympathy letter, cancelled our policy and backdated to Dazzle's day of passing in the most efficient manner. In conclusion, I thank Pets Plus Us for the service and protection they provided for Dazzle for the past 10 years. For the other reviews that indicated issues with the claims, I would suggest you to follow the process and document requirement in the insurance document. For all past 6 years of my claims experience, all claims were processed and reimbursed with 2 calendar weeks. There might be 1-2 incidents where it took 3 weeks. If your wait time is prolonged for the claim reimbursement, maybe check with your vet to see if they sent in all proper documentation as requested.

The worst Pet insurance
I only wish I had read the reviews.Same problems there is what I am having.For two years I did not file any claims but my payment was drawn from my account .Filed a claim and was sent through so many run around it is ridiculous. The worst experience.Takes jumping through hoops and 15 days to process is a joke or scam I waited two years and money on a scam. If you are thinking of enrollment in this pet insurance. Two years I never filed a claim. And before care what you say to their customer service people. I am not missing anything you pay upfront And no I will not contact you to discuss anything but getting my money for no claims for two years.Contact me then .I am turning it over to my lawyer.
