I love that even in stressful situations I can always count on Pets Best to provide peace of mind. It can be difficult dealing with pet issues but knowing you can submit a quick and easy claim and receive prompt response is a blessing!
Miracle's Vet visit
Miracle, our 10 pound Pom was not eating. A trip to the Vet included tests and prescriptions and all documents were submitted to Pets Best. Miracle was eating regularly in about 10 days, and we were cashing a check from Pets Best a short time later. Thankyou, Pets Best.

When my dog had pancreatitis and GI surgery in the same two week span, I wasn't stressed because Pets Best makes the claim process incredibly easy. I submitted my invoices on the app (took all of 5 minutes) and was notified about my claims within two weeks. After meeting my deductible, Pets Best handled exactly what my plan stated they would. They have NEVER tried to fight me or short me. Highly recommend.
Our Service from Pets Best is Exemplary
We have had an excellent experience with Pets Best insurance since joining. Our beloved kitty Dexter got very ill last August, and the company was great at promptly replying to and paying nearly every claim we made, allowing us to be able to provide him with the best care possible. He died on May 29th, which was nearly a year longer than we'd thought he'd be with us, and again, Pets Best helping us to afford his medication gave us that extra time. We made a claim to help pay for the expenses around his death, not realizing they didn't pay for such things (many companies do) but they were kind and sent condolences when telling us it was denied, and they also cancelled his policy for us - luckily, as we were a mess and grieving and would have forgotten. We are absolutely satisfied overall with Pets Best, which is the best pet insurance company we've ever dealt with. We recommend it highly.

Great Service!
I have been a customer of pets best for several years. Their claims process is super easy. I have one pup that has allergies and tends to get ear infections quite a bit so I see the vet for these issues on a normal basis. The claims process is as simple as taking a picture of my invoice/documentation and uploading it, clicking on the right circle for a diagnosis and hitting submit. The claim doesn't typically take long to be reviewed and paid. My last submission was reviewed the same day with a decision and I received a direct deposit a few days later. Great customer service!

Happy Policy Holder
I was a naysayer about pet insurance after my experience with pet insurance about 20 years ago. A little over a year ago, after being prompted by my daughter, who is a vet tech, I did some research to find a company that offered policies for my dogs that I thought were worth the cost. I decided that Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was a reputable company that offered policies that I thought were worth the investment. I hoped to never need to file a claim but my English setter, Lola, ended up at a major university's veterinary hospital ER a few weeks ago. The good news is that Lola is now fine. The bad news is that her treatments in the ER and her hospitalization cost thousands of dollars. The other good news is that after filling a claim, which was easy to do, I received a check for a significant portion of the costs within a week. I am very pleased with my Healthy Paws policy and highly recommend them.
