The BEST!!????
Trupanion is been the best Pets insurance a ever had. I rescued Lola my Frenchie and she had a herniated disc in her neck poor baby she needed a emergency surgery a pay almost $ 8000 for surgery. I send my claim and 2 days later they refund me over $6000 I was in shock pay less then $2000 . I'm soo pleased I recommend it to everyone that I come across ????????

I'm glad the Vet Tech knew Trupanion
I looked at the policy literature and did not believe that my dog's surgery was a covered expense. Luckily the vet tech put in the claim for me and it was actually covered. If I hadn't said anything, they wouldn't have done that and I wouldn't have been reimbursed.

I've been paying Trupanion for 9 years.
I've been paying Trupanion for 9 years. Ive never been late on a payment. My payments are automatically withdrawn. I've filed 3 claims in those 9 years. Trupanion covered 2 claims. You gave no reason why the last claim did not qualify. The visit was not a wellness visit. It was a skin issue. I am still considering finding a new company to give my money to.

Since our dog's successful cancer treatment two years ago Iâve been recommending TruPanion to everyone I know. Not only has the financial assistance for treatments been a relief, but the interface with the hospitals in terms of direct payments has taken away the responsibility for dealing with the reimbursement process. Everything regarding payment for services, including insurance reimbursement, is done before leaving the doctors office. Amazing!
