Submitting claims are pretty easy and once it has been processed and approved depending on your bank you get it pretty fast. Do wish there was an option for you to put in other symptoms that your dog is having other than the pull down ones.

Terrible company
Embrace has every single document on my dog since birth. I've sent them this information twice but my most recent claim has been sitting in "pending Medical records" for over three weeks. I've cancelled my dealings with them. Terrible to deal with. I've had enough. I'd give them a negative star rating if I could.

Super easy claim process and supportive
I’ve used Spot Pet Insurance for a few years now for my dog. About two weeks ago I had to rush dog to the pet emergency and Spot helped bring relief to an already stressful situation. I was worried the claim process would be complicated and long, but it was the exact opposite! I was able to submit a claim and have it processed within a week, then I got reimbursed just 2 days later. I highly recommend Spot and I thank them so much for their support during a tough time.
