Pets best is horrible
I purchased a pets best policy for both my dogs several months ago.I finally needed it because I had 2 lipomas taken off both my dogs and none, I mean none went towards my deductible.They denied it.I'm really disappointed and will be cancelling my policy really soon.I know now they wouldn't pay towards anything critical, also they took almost a month even look at the claim.Bad service all the way around.I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

24/7 customer service is invaluable when you have a pet suffering from an illness. Your customer service representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist and answer all questions. Invoice submission and tracking App is very user friendly. I have had a very good experience with Trupanion through my puppyâs recent illness. Thank you!

Claims are so easy to file
I am extremely surprised, at ease, and thankful about how easy and quickly it is to file a claim and get my reimbursement. it literally took less than 3 hours to get my claim approved AND reimbursed. i bought my dogs allergy meds, filed the claim, got the reimbursement back, AND paid the credit card payment within 3ish hours. Highly recommend

Excellent Company
Trupanion has been excellent to deal with and fair in their coverages. My little pug has had some ongoing issues that will probably continue for his lifetime however Trupanon has been fast and efficient in reviewing and paying our claims. When I had a question and called their phone line, the service representative was friendly and helpful and even those little things such as mentioning my pet's name in their emails, just feels nice. None of us wants health issues for our pets but Trupanion has been a life saver for us and our adopted pug Charlie. He's had a rough start to life but Trupanion has certainly helped us get through some of those unexpected vet costs.
