Great service!
My *only* gripe is that what is covered and put in my account is that itâs still trying to go back in my old account that I donât have. I need it to come back to the same account that Iâm making my payments with it is very difficult to go and try to see if my reimbursement came in on a account that I donât pay attention to due to the fact that itâs not my initial account. That one I started payments with is closed and that bank is just pushing it to the said account I donât really mess with because itâs not my account primarily. If I can get that fixed finally that would be great!

Great experience with Trupanion
My experience was great. The process was easy and all online. A decision was made within less than 24 hours and a reimbursement check is in the way to me. I was extremely satisfied. It was easier than dealing with my own health insurance!

Because when I first started doing business with you guys 12 years ago yâall were AMAZING. Now, you split hairs, argue every nickel, and are slow. Itâs just not the way it used to be. Thereâs very little, from what I can see, that separates you from all the others out there. I used to sing your praises every time someone asked about pet insurance. I donât do that any more.
