My experience with Pets Best
I have had to file several claims due to allergies and normal well being care. All claims were handled quickly and efficiently, This is my 5th dog but the only one I have used insurance with. I am so glad I decided to get insurance for him. Its really nice to get some of the money back I have to spend on the vet.

PETS BEST WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY REIMBURSED ACCORDING TO THE PLAN THAT I HAVE AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT.

We recently signed up our dog up for insurance due to rising cost of vet care. We had our dogs annual wellness exam two weeks after we signed up and were very pleased with the coverage of routine care and vaccines.
Cheaper rates but higher denials
Been with PetsBest for about 5 years now and they were good in the beginning with great premiums and approval for claims now our last few claims have been denied, our costs are skyrocketing and petsbest is becoming just another shitty insurance company more interested in quarterly profits than actually helping Americans and their pets.

An Unexpected Emergency
"My 2-year old Golden Retriever was throwing up on a Saturday morning, and I didn't worry at first. She didn't eat all day and then began throwing up again, late afternoon. My vet was closed for the weekend so I brought her to a VEG emergency room. They thankfully did not find anything critically wrong with her, but did many tests just to make sure. I was worried about the costs, but Pets Best covered almost everything, and very quickly!"
Sudden Epilepsy in our Husky
Out of no where our sweet boy had a seizure. We took him to the vet and they were able to give him temporary medicine. A few weeks later he had 6 seizures total and we had to take him into MedVet. We knew this would be an expensive process and we would not be able to keep up with these expenses without Pets Best. Our boy is doing well now and we get to tell everyone at the park how much he has benefited from having insurance. We will insurance our dogs for the rest of our lives!!!
Pets Best is the Best!
We have had Pets Best since my delightful, but spoiled dog was in our possession at 10 weeks old I believe. Everything has been smooth, when claims were denied, it was clear as to why, I am happy with this Pet insurance. Pricing has increased as he's gotten older, disappointing as we've had very few claims. Other than how much price has been escalating each year, I am very pleased with Pets Best.

CLAIM UNACCEPTED
MetLife uses fine print to inform you about waiting periods. Also, they do not want to cover simple x-rays. Very disappointed. They kept saying she had a pre-existing condition which wasn’t the case.
