I recently took my puppy for one of the many puppy visits needed. Rather than being an annoyance it is such a wonderful experience. My vet, DrPalin, and staff are AMAZING. Vey let kind, efficient and trustworthy. I was not looking forward to dealing with making a claim, but Lemonade made it quick and easy. Simple to claim, received my approval same day and funds sent same day. Love the experience. Makes taking care of my puppy fun! Thank you!!!

Our 5-year-old English Springer Spinger Spaniel, Hunter, developed a cough and severe nasal discharge in August of 2023. Our Vet prescribed medication for the condition, but nothing helped. Our Vet recommended that we take Hunter to have a rhinoscopy. I took Hunter to Metropolitan Veterinary Associates in Norristown Pennsylvania. Everyone there was wonderful. It was a very expensive procedure, but my wife and I would have spent the money even if we didn't have pet insurance. The procedure went well, and we were given a diagnosis of chronic rhinitis. I submitted our claim to Healthy Paws, and they covered 80%. I had the payment in three days. We use Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for all three of our English Springer Spaniels. I had an unexpected emergency operation for my dog Scott, after adopting him in 3 days. The procedure cost me $4000. It was after that unfortunate experience; I started to look for a pet insurance company. After extensive research I decided on Lemonade, so far, it’s everything I expected in a pet insurance company. We have been very pleased with all aspects of our pet insurance with MetLife. We have 2 cocker spaniels. 10 months and 4 years. MetLife is a great company to work with, that first puppy year is very expensive and everything has been covered. Great customer service and very easy to file claims and get reimbursement. We were with another company that doesn’t even compare with MetLife. I recommend Metlife to everyone.

I research several top rated pet insurance companies when looking for a policy for Finian, my 18 month old Irish Wolfhound. I have never had pet insurance before. Met Life covers the things that are important to me in maintaining Finian’s health and well-being at an affordable price. The enrollment was easy. The representative answered all my questions, was knowledgeable about the coverage, and very friendly. My only disappointment is Met Life does not offer equine insurance…..hint hint

We’ve made several claims over the years for illness and accidents for our dog and they were paid quickly with no unpleasant surprises. It gives us real peace of mind to visit the vet and not have to make potentially heartbreaking decisions about affording pet care. One thing to be aware of is that the new year begins on the anniversary of when you first enrolled. I thought it was a calendar year. When I called to question it, they kindly explained how that works.

I'm fortunate that I haven't needed to use my policy for anything serious, but they have come through with the few claims I've turned in. I would recommend them to anyone & have to some of my friends who were thinking about getting pet insurance.

I have been paying my insurance premium for the 10 years that I have had my 2 cats and submitted my first claim for the current medical condition Oct 2023. At the time customer service could not have been more helpful in leading me through the submission process and responsive to all of my questions. All aspects of my claim were handled in a very timely manner. For a recent repeat of the same medical condition I submitted my claim immediately and within 24 hrs it was approved and settled with a detailed claim summary. Cannot ask for more service than that!!!
