Sophie is (was) a rescue. She is an awesome dog. Dr. Connie said sometimes it is just bad luck. Two knees! Yikes. We feel extremely fortunate to have such a great team. You at Trupanion & our wonderful vet Dr. Connie & our other excellent surgeon Dr. Sukiani. They have both called us after hours to discuss Sophie's surgery. Thank you so much for being there for us! We've been with Embrace for a few years now. Our Molly is diabetic and requires daily insulin injections. We've never had a problem with claims. The process is very user friendly and quick. We would never consider switching to any other company.

Best decision I've made in 40 years of dog ownership. Wish I'd known of Trupanion 12 years ago with my 2 GSD. Excellent experience. Easy to make a claim. Fast response. Nice people when you call. Excellent.

Trupanion sent help during my panic
As a new pet parent, it’s a shock when vet bills come in. My puppy chewed through his disposable water bowl and ingested plastic. I didn’t really have a choice on his treatment to save him. Trupanion responded within hours and approved the claim so I can focus on helping my puppy recover instead of worrying over payment.

Pets (dogs & cats) are like children - getting sick unexpectedly or having some kind of accident. This family is very pleased knowing that our pet child will always be able to get quick treating because of our Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. It all started when she was only 10 weeks old. She loved to surprise us by wanting to chew anything she would find in the yard. Her visit emergency was a tiny twig that got stuck at the back of her mouth. No problem - off the the emergency vet - Healthy Paws Pet insurance covered the total experience minus our deductible. Very fast claim processing and reimbursement. We have had some procedures that would of cost us thousands of dollars but all we paid was the deductible. Monthly policy payments are a blessing.
