We were really worried that our claim would not be covered but not only was it covered, it was approved within a few days and the money in our account the same day! 100% worth the money to have peace of mind if something like this happens again. Highly recommend to everyone we know with animals!
24 hr service and friendly associates. Fair prices though haven¡¦t yet submitted anything which is the true test. Would have preferred a longer trial period provided through my breeder as likely would have spent more on coverage once realized how useful it was, but was disappointed to hear that TruPanion reduced this recently.

I spoke with 2 different representatives when inquiring about coverage for my dog’s condition, they were both equally as helpful and compassionate about what my dog and I were going thru. I purchased the policy for my dog last year and she has always been healthy but I wanted to make sure she had insurance just in case something came. Chloe had trouble with her eye the end of last year and the Vet sent her to an ophthalmologist. They ran tests and she had an infection and she needed medication and drops. I actually thought she was going to go blind. But the medication worked very fast and she is almost completely healed. It was very easy to submit my claims and a good portion of her bills were paid by Embrace. I am very pleased with the ease of submitting the claims and how they show the progress as your claim is being worked on.
I'm very happy with this insurance. Reasonable price compared to others. I enjoy dealing with them. Thank goodness we haven't had an accident or illness, but from my experience with dental, vaccines, and wellness check they have been excellent. Highly recommended.
