If you are going to raise rates you should not include those who already have been insured with you. I have bragged and referred you to many people, but not anymore. I am looking for an alternative insurance due to your lack of support for your current customers. I am retired and disabled and you just increased my dogs insurance so it will be more difficult for me.

My dog has an undiagnosed illness--- with very troubling blood work and you are charging a $1000 for each non-standard blood test.

So for example, protein in urine is 1 deductible, bad kidney function, that is another deductible, etc. This is terrible. My dog is very sick and you haven't paid a penny towards diagnosing her illness.
