My aging dog has ongoing health issues. The vet forwards invoices to Trupanion and in a few days a cheque for eligible expense arrives in the mail. Seamless, Very convenient.

The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone ("Jonathan") explained the coverage in simple terms that were easy to understand. The website is easy to navigate. The policy seems fair. I like the fact that some vets offer direct billing for Trupanion members, making out of pocket expenses much more manageable.

My dog is now 6 1/2 year old.
My dog is now 6 1/2 year old. She is playful, we wa;l at Dog Parks, and everything she does is at Top Speed. She has injured herself multiple times. Trupanion has always helped me to pay for her surgeries. I recently told a friend about Pet Insurance, as she has a new puppy. I'm not sure she will purchase the insurance, but I hope so. A little bit of comfort knowing there is support for a rambunctios puppy and a rambunctious dog. Mike
