Healthy Paws is terrible
Healthy Paws is terrible. When your dog gets older when you will need the insurance they raise the rates anywhere form 300-1000%. Totally dishonest and takes advantage of it's customers. Also the customer service is horrible. Don't even bother with this insurance. Total rip off!!!!

The insurance plan for our dogs has been amazing for our needs. Submitting receipts and SOAP notes in support of claims is a fairly easy process. Customer support/service has been very helpful when needed. I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance.

The best insurance
Healthy Paws has saved my life multiple times. I have four pets, all insured with them, and I’ve already used the coverage three times. Every experience has been fast and easy. As long as you submit all the documents they ask for, the reimbursement comes within just a few days. I always recommend them to my friends. I’m very happy with their service, and I’ve been a customer for over three years now.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws
I’m so grateful we have healthy paws insurance. Last year our dog needed TPLO surgery and this year a tumor removed. Having pet insurance gives me peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about money and can just focus on my pet. I have had no issues submitting paperwork and the processing time is a few days.
