During the pandemic insurance companies…

During the pandemic insurance companies gave refunds for not driving while everyone was on lockdown. You did not. When I called I was told I could change my policy to a lower rate and save money that way which was not helpful at all. Very disappointed in the way your company chose to handle your valued customers. I will be searching for a company that will offer better discounts for loyalty. All I have gotten is price increase.

We changed our insurance for both our home & 3 cars 3 years ago and have been VERY happy with our savings :) We have yet to make a claim on either policy (knock on wood) so I can't speak to that aspect of working with Sonnet but certainly hope if ever called upon that I can add a 5 star rating for claim service!!

My past insurance company covered cracked windshield. Sonnet has $300 ded. My rates were raised this year when I drive my carr considerably less. Where is the customer service regarding this? No explanation? I think you should switch your focus to being proactive in communicating with your customers.

Dental Treatment

We have had Pets Best for 3 years and completely satisfied. My Golden just went thru dental surgery and I was completely satisfied with the results from my claim. Took about 4 weeks but was handled very professionally. Very happy with the policy.

I think the online convenience is very good. Pricing is competitive. However, I had a claim and that went really bad. Had accident on Hwy. Could only reach an after hours number and no one from Sonnet called me back several days later. Very shocking....I have not switched to another provider yet. However, big reason we have insurance is to have help/coverage/support when needed. Having an accident on hwy and getting call back in several days......

Very unprofessional customer service and frustrating experience

I called few times regarding my concern on high home insurance rates and never heard from any of the supervisors/management person I was told I would hear from. Even when a call gets disconnected from sonnet rep there is never a call back. In past Sonnet has charged me higher for my home insurance, after fighting over a year it got corrected following year. But I paid high insurance for 1 year. Fast forward 2 years and I believe its same issue again and no customer service rep has knowledge or willing to help. I get different answer on same question from different service reps. During Covid lockdowns in March-April 2020, Sonnet was probably the very few companies to not offer discount on Car insurance. I think they only did after insurance companies were appealed to do so from politicians. All in all very unprofessional customer service and frustrating experience.
