Easy enrollment
Registration was easy and coverage guidelines were clear. The prices seem competitive. I have not had a chance to use the insurance yet, so I will revisit this review in the future with an update.

The pet insurance was easy to purchase and their customer service has been good so far. Their website seems easy to navigate so far. I would like to review again later once I have submitted claims and items toward the deductible. : )

I’m a first time cat momma and I have peace of mind knowing that I got the insurance that my cat needs.
One of my favorite features was Pumpkin breaking down it’s different price points, they summarize what’s not and not included and best of all, they give you a comparison to other pet insurance companies which made it much easier to figure things out. Pumpkin is great at reimbursing right away and Mia Lua loved her new toy that was gifted. Thank you Pumpkin!!!
