I cannot for the life of me remember the woman I spoke with’s name, but she was extremely helpful and I’m glad she reached out because she clarified EVERYTHING I needed to know about my dogs insurance policy. Before she called me I kind of was just going with the flow and not really knowing how it actually worked, now that I’ve spoke with the person I spoke with I can honestly say I have 0 questions because they’ve all been answered on a top tier level for me.

Excellent service for a year now
Excellent service for a year now. My sweet Cavalier King Charles required major dental surgery at 7 months and an MRI and overnight in critical care for Ehrlichiosis from a tick bite at 15 months. Trupanion assisted with the expenses in accordance with their policy guidelines in a very timely manner. It is a comfort to know I have this excellent pet insurance so that I can get Toby the care he needs -highly recommend.

I have had Healthy Paws pet insurance from the day I brought my dog home. I researched all of the pet insurance companies and found Healthy Paws reviews to be the best. I really liked that there was only one annual deductible and no other caps on diagnoses or total amount of claims. Still, I was hoping that I would never need them. Unfortunately, I did ... several times over the last 6 years, most recently when my dog was diagnosed with a horrible eye disease. Every time I submitted a claim, Healthy Paws processed it quickly and easily. Given the enormous stress of my dog's illness, the last thing I needed was to have to fight with an insurance company. That was not the case with Healthy Paws. And, they followed up asking how my dog was doing. Excellent company with excellent customer service.

Peace of mind with Pets Best is priceless!
The peace of mind with having Pets Best insurance is priceless! My 6 year-old dog recently had a small bump under his skin, which thankfully turned out to be just a benign cyst. Vet visits can often times be expensive, especially with the unknown of something like this. Having pet insurance helps take the worry away from dealing with costly medical expenses. I recommend Pets Best to any pet parents out there ... they truly are the best!

SO happy with this insurance!
When our little rescue girl, Bambi, came to live with us, I knew I wanted to get health insurance for her. I spent several hours researching companies & policies. I decided on HealthyPaws because they offered coverage for non-tradiional treatments as well as conventional ones, and they use part of their profits to support animal shelters. In the almost 4 years since taking out the insurance, HealthyPaws has been terrific. They are responsive to inquiries & reimbursement is very quick, usually within a week of the claim being submitted. The app is easy to use & the web site offers a very complete & up-to-date picture of the history of my girl's treatment submissions. I have no hesitation in recommending HealthyPaws to anyone looking for insurance for their pets & have recommended them to several friends, all of whom are just as happy as I am with their coverage & service! Very easy to use interface and FAQ is incredibly informative. Uploading invoices & receipts is a breeze and claims are processed in an efficient manner. Would recommend setting up the direct deposit if able. Overall a great service and the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. If i could give more than five stars i would.

Policy date Aug 12, 2021. Coverage starts Aug 26, 2021. Renewal should be Aug 26, 2022. If it were Aug 12, 2022 then I would be paying for 351 days of coverage not 365 days of coverage. No a major deal breaker but not equitable.
