While I had great service over the phone I was disappointed that I had to pay out of pocket for the vet visit and am still awaiting a cheque for the portion trupanion covers.

The people who answer the phone are AWESOME; they are friendly helpful and efficient.
The people who answer the phone are AWESOME; they are friendly, helpful and efficient. I know this because each time I submit a claim, part, or all of it is refused. I then call your friendly customer service people who open a query. Within a few days the original denial is overturned and I am paid. It is ridiculous that claims that are denied are only accepted after a complaint.
