I have recently made thw switch to Sonnet and couldn't be happier. I got twice the policy I had before with an extra driver added and it is still cheaper than my previous insurance company was with me as the only driver. They even included roadside assistance and glass coverage! Hands down the best quote I got from at least a dozen companies/brokers. Do yourself a favor and take the less than 5 minutes it takes and get a quote from Sonnet.

Seamless service.
The process of having to deal with an unexpected and precipitous deterioration of a beloved pet (that had to be euthanized) was heartbreaking; Trupanion seamlessly processed the claim and spared me from having to deal with that as well. Priceless. I will definitely sign up the next creatures with Trupanion. Thank you to the team who sorted this.

NEGATIVE -10 I have been using Sonnet Insurance for about 3 yrs. When my insurance came up for renewal in November they told me my rate would only dropped about $3 a month. I decide to contact a reputable insurance company and they give me a better rate and even better coverage and at almost $80 less a month than Sonnet. I cancel my policy before renewal and they still go in not once but twice in one week for my monthly payment. I had canceled my policy and then leave me with NSF fees if $90. I contact customer service , who take days to return your call or email. They says they will speak with their Finance Department..but in the end they refused to pay me back. SHAME ON YOU... Shame on me for trusting them. But NEVER again.
